Undercrown Gran Toro
The Undercrown Gran Toro is a popular cigar amongst Drew Estate’s cigar rollers. In 2009, Drew Estate requested that its torcedores to smoke fewer Liga Privada cigars because there were not enough to be exported. While this request left them disappointed, it sparked the idea to blend their own signature liga. Little did they know that this cigar would stand out on its own and not just serve as a substitute for the Liga Privada they loved.
Wrapped in a San Andres Maduro wrapper, this cigar features a blend of Brazilian Mata Fina and Nicaraguan long fillers. From the first draw, expect notes of black coffee, dark chocolate, leather, earth, and pepper in a medium- to full-bodied smoke. This cigar is made of rare tobaccos, but of different vintages and primings.
