Can I Place An Order For Pick Up If Friends/Family Are Coming To Myrtle Beach?

Absolutely, we can process the order ahead of time so all they have to do is pick up your package or we can put aside your cigars if you are picking up yourself. You will have to pay the SC tobacco and sales tax of 13%.

Can You Special Order Or Request A Brand Or Size?

Yes! There are many items that we cannot place on the internet that we do carry so always make sure to email us or call if you don’t see something you’re looking for. If we don’t have it in stock we will do our best to get in what it is you would like.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we are no longer shipping internationally.

Do You Verify My Age?

If your billing address does not come up in our Veridat Age software then we will call you on the phone for a voice authorization. We will also send an email asking for a copy of your license. We are very strict on our policy to make sure we do not sell to minors.

How Do I Know My Cigars Will Be Fresh?

Nick’s Cigar World is a 2,000 square foot humidified showroom. All products have been kept in a temperature controlled environment. Orders are sent out the day they are packaged to guarantee freshness.

How Long Till I Receive My Cigars?

All orders received before 3 pm are sent out the same day. Orders received after 3 pm are shipped out the next morning. Depending on where you live in the country, you should receive your product in 2-4 days.

How Much Is Shipping?

Standard shipping is $7.00 (except CA/MT/WA, which is $9.50). Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be charged the full amount. Exact Charges for UPS 2-Day (approx: $18-$25) and Next Day (approx: $35-$55) will be charged. You will be notified of the shipping charges prior to your order being processed should you chose UPS 2-Day or Next Day.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept a money order to be mailed prior to your order being processed.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Please notify us immediately of any problems. Please hold onto the product and a call tag from UPS will be sent to you in the mail. Once we receive the product we will assess and issue a refund should we see as fit. We will exchange product but shipping will not be refunded.
