Due to health and safety regulations, tobacco products are non-returnable.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Customer must contact us within 5 business days
• Photos and order number may be required

Unused accessories may qualify for return within 14 days in original packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
