    Great service from Nick’s! Ordered on a Saturday and in my humidor on Monday for the same shipping costs from the “Others” that use for slower service.

    My first order. Some how my phone mixed up my home and work addresses together – different cities, I have never seen that happen and the cigars made it to my town but had no street with that address so cigars were returned to sender, I called Nick’s and their agent said they will resend when they receive at no charge. That is stand up service with a smile, I love it, and very much appreciated! Thank you Nick! I anxiously await this delivery to my actual home address, my apologies for not catching the data entry error.

    The box was a mess. The metal clasp fell off the box upon removing the cellophane and the side of the box was separated from the back revealing the nails. Hopefully, those defects will not impact the freshness of the cigars. Some concerns over the quality control process.
