Medium to full in body, the Rocky Patel Vintage 2003 Cameroon cigar has notes of cedar, black pepper, espresso, and a caramel-like sweetness. This cigar has been a big hit since its release. Cigar Aficionado gave it a 93 rating and the #16 spot on their Top 25 Cigars of the Year list in 2017.
