   Again, exceptional customer service. 2nd time in two weeks. I purchased a box of Padron 1964 torpedo naturals and within a few minutes of making the purchase I received an email acknowledging the purchase. A few minutes later another email with tracking information on the package. The box of cigars arrived 4 days after the email. And they were fresh! Like I said, exceptional customer service. Thank you.

   Great customer service. Even though they weren’t able to sell the box I ordered due to outage, they worked with me to get some singles at the box price. They also agreed to let me know when they got a new shipment. I ordered online and a rep was on the phone with me first thing the next day. My cigars arrived just a few days later in a Padron box and bagged with a humidity device. Very nice!
