Customer service is always top notch. Shipping was relatively quick for USPS. Should have researched this cigar a little more as it is extremely sweet as I didn’t realize it has a sweetened cap. After the sweetness wore off, this cigar was very smooth. The wife really likes them, so will definitely be getting these again for her.

My current order is late my last order was not great my cigars were dried out and the tins of cigars I ordered were dry plus the tins broke after opening one time very disappointed hoping that the current order arrives with better results and I can ignore them coming later than promised
