With a special Hybrid wrapper the Liga Privada H99 is quite unique. This leaf is stalk-cut/cured and fermented for lengthy periods of time, making for an oily, supremely flavorful beast of a wrapper. Underneath that is a Mexican San Andrés negro binder over a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers.
