I would gladly rank this purchase as a 5 if I had actually been able to get the Padron Executive cigars I originally ordered. But I was contacted the next day only to be told that you did not have these cigars. That was bad! Your website should not be actively selling cigars you don’t have.
Upon being contacted with the bad news, I did change my order to a different cigar (Padron 4000) that you were able to (and did) ship immediately. I received them promptly and in good condition. So while I am disapointed that I didn’t get my Executives, I’ll survive, and I did appreciate that someone reached out to me by phone to correct the problem. other than having the right cigars, there was really nothing more anyone could have expected from you.
So I will be back! And it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if someone remembered to let me know once the Padron Executives (natural) are back in stock. Thanks!
